At Precision Cooking, we take pride in our cooking products and stand by their quality. However, we understand that sometimes things may not meet your expectations or you may have a change of heart. To ensure customer satisfaction, we offer a 30-day return policy. If you decide to return an item within 30 days of receipt, please email us at sales@precisioncooking.com.au with your order number and we will provide detailed instructions on the next steps.
Returns
Please note that if you're returning an item due to a change of mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Also, for a refund to be processed, the item(s) must arrive back at our distribution centre in "Like New" condition, with all original packaging and accessories.
If an item is damaged or defective, please make note of it when signing for delivery and send photos to sales@precisioncooking.com.au on the day of delivery. We will pay for shipping defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise at our cost.
Please keep in mind that certain vendors or products may have different return policies, which will be noted in the product descriptions or return information. Also, certified pre-owned or used products are ineligible for return.
Orders purchased for temporary or one-time use, such as trade shows or conferences, are not eligible for return.
Refunds
We issue refunds to the original payment method used to place the order. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product(s). The refund amount will be the purchase price of the product(s), minus any shipping and handling fees, if applicable.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately to avoid return shipping fees. Orders cancelled before shipment will receive a full refund, while those cancelled after shipping will be subject to return shipping costs.
