Hatfields NitroPress Pro Nitro Infuser

The NitroPress Pro by Hatfields is a countertop nitro infuser for coffee, cold brew and other drinks. You choose the target pressure on the digital display and press start – the built-in pressure sensor then runs the infusion automatically, so there is no button to hold and no charge to time by hand.

Why nitro?

Nitro infusion fills a drink with very fine gas bubbles, giving it a creamy texture and a smooth, velvety mouthfeel. It is most often used with cold brew coffee, where the texture can soften bitterness and make the drink taste smoother without adding milk or sugar.

Key features

• Digital pressure control with a built-in pressure sensor
• Automated infusion cycle – set the pressure, press the button, walk away
• Repeatable results at the exact pressure you select
• Internals designed for daily use in cafés as well as at home
