Seared Sous Vide Steak with Induction Cooked Garlic Butter Mushrooms

- Control Freak Induction Cooktop

Ingredients:
- 2 ribeye steaks
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil
- 250g mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Sous Vide Steak:

Season and Seal: Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper. Use the Oliso Pro VS95A Vacuum Sealer to seal the steaks in vacuum bags.

Sous Vide Cooking: Fill your container with water and set up the HydroPro Plus Circulator. Set the temperature to 56°C (132.8°F) for a medium-rare finish. Submerge the vacuum-sealed steaks in the water bath and cook for 2 hours.

Rest: Once done, remove the steaks from the bags and let them rest while you prepare the mushrooms.
Garlic Butter Mushrooms:

Preparation: On the Control Freak Induction Cooktop, set a skillet to a medium-high temperature setting.
