The Sammic Insulated Tank is designed to be used with the Smart Vide Immersion Circulator range. It is a double-skinned and fully insulated stainless steel construction with a tap for easy drainage. The Sammic Insulated Tank is available with either a 28-litre or 56-litre capacity and the optional lid add-on helps to prevent water evaporation during the cooking process.
